Bring your tournament crew together without giving up your own space. Posh & Palms in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a five-bedroom, five-en-suite vacation home for up to 18 guests, with two extra half baths, a private hot tub, a game room and a temperature-controlled garage with a video wall for watching games. It is in the Windy Hill section, about two blocks from the beach.
For three to five families from one travel team, this can feel like your own resort by the beach: shared meals, a place to reconnect after the final inning, and bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All adults and children count toward the 18-guest maximum. Five families only works if your total group and the sleeping arrangements fit; one bedroom is a large bunk room, not five identical adult suites.

Holiday football first: All-American Bowl Week
The City of Myrtle Beach's 2026 Ashley Booth Field calendar lists Diamond Sports Group All-American Bowl Week for December 26–31, a youth football event. That makes the holiday period worth planning around for families wanting a shared home base rather than separate rooms.
Confirm the organizer's 2026 itinerary before reserving. The calendar window is not a promise of six event nights: arriving December 26 and departing December 31 is five nights; six nights would mean departing January 1. Choose your actual arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar. Registration, practices and games can use different Myrtle Beach venues, so check each day's assigned location rather than assuming everything happens at the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex.
Important housing check: Diamond's hotel-information page mentions an approved-hotel/stay-to-save policy but still displays a 2025 hotel block. Ask Diamond about the current 2026 policy, outside-hotel permission and any fees before booking a vacation home. We are an independent rental, not an official tournament housing partner.

What does sharing a tournament house cost per family?
Plan around approximately $300–$700 per night for the whole house, depending on the specific tournament weekend and holiday dates. Shared among three families that works out to roughly $100–$233 a night each; among four families, about $75–$175; among five families, about $60–$140. The exact figure depends on how many families share the house and which weekend you book. This is a planning range before taxes and fees, not a guaranteed quote or rate cap. Check your actual dates for current pricing, availability, minimum stays and the full stay total.
Compare the complete stay total with the hotel rooms your group would actually need, including taxes, fees and any tournament housing requirements. We cannot promise that every hotel is more expensive. The appeal here is more than a nightly number: your own bathrooms, a shared kitchen, space for the kids and adults, and time together without meeting in a hotel corridor.
Check the full direct-booking total for your dates, then agree on a fair split with your families before reserving. Bedroom sizes and beds vary, so your group may prefer something other than an equal split.

Dates below are based on public organizer or city sports calendars checked October 18, 2026. These are Myrtle Beach-area events, not a claim that every tournament is at the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex.
October 31–November 1: Top Gun Winter World Series #2

After the final whistle: your own resort by the beach
Each of the five bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, making it easier for multiple families or adult groups to share. The two extra half baths help keep busy mornings moving. Review the room photos and sleeping arrangements together before assigning bedrooms.
Watch games on the video wall in the temperature-controlled garage, unwind in the private hot tub, or gather in the game room with pool table and ping pong. The large kitchen island makes family-style meals easier, and the outdoor kitchen and bar with a 65-inch TV give your crew another place to gather. There is also a private pool; check seasonal suitability rather than assuming swimming conditions or pool heating in late fall and winter.
Between games, the beach is about two blocks away. For local dining and other downtime ideas, use our Posh & Palms Adventure Guide.
Quick answers for tournament families
Can five families stay together?
Yes, if the combined group is 18 guests or fewer, including children, and the actual bed layout works for everyone. There are five bedrooms, each with an en-suite, including a shared bunk room. Review the rooms rather than assuming five identical private family suites.
Is Posh & Palms beside the sports complex?
Posh & Palms is in Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach. It is not an on-site tournament hotel. Check your assigned venue and route before booking: some events listed here are in Myrtle Beach, and travel depends on venue, traffic and game time. We do not quote an unverified drive time.
How much does a shared tournament stay cost?
The approximate whole-house planning range is $300–$700 per night, depending on the weekend and holiday dates, before taxes and fees. Divided across families that is roughly $100–$233 a night each for three families, $75–$175 for four, or $60–$140 for five. It is not a guaranteed quote or rate cap. Your booking calendar shows the current rate, full stay total and applicable stay requirements; your families can agree on how to share that total.
Can we use Airbnb instead?
Absolutely. We lead with direct booking through Oak & Oar Retreats, but you can also reserve Posh & Palms on Airbnb. Compare the full total and terms on whichever option you prefer.
Do tournament housing rules apply?
They may. Ask your organizer about stay-to-play or approved-hotel requirements before reserving any independent home. For Diamond's holiday event, specifically confirm its 2026 policy because its public hotel page includes older information. For Triple Crown's Fall Road to the Rockies, confirm your team has purchased its required lodging surcharge before booking accommodation outside Triple Crown's hotels.
Get your families together, then check your dates
Send this guide to your team manager and the families you want to travel with. Confirm the roster, room assignments, event schedule and housing rules, then choose your arrival and departure dates. One shared home can turn a tournament trip into time your whole crew remembers.
